What If I Received My Engraved Mirror Damaged

With Mirror-Engraving we provide unique packaging and glass breakage is rare.

Despite our good care, in the unlikely event that your engraved order arrives damaged, do not worry.

We ship all orders with 100% glass breakage insurance. You will receive a replacement order, free of charge..

If you receive your order damaged, please follow these instructions:

  • Take a digital picture of the damaged packaging.
  • Take a digital picture of the broken mirror.
  • Take a digital picture of the postal barcode of the shipment and legibly write the number under the barcode.
  • Find our original invoice in your email and write down invoice number and date.

If you completed all steps above send us an email to info@mirror-engraving.co.uk, attach the three pictures to it and include the following information:

  • Your order / invoice number.
  • Your name, address, post code, city and state/country.
  • Phone and/or cell number where you can be reached during office hours.
  • The shipment number of the postal barcode.

All claims must be filed within one business day after delivery. When we received your claim, we will file it by our shipper who will verify if the claim is valid. Verification can take up to four weeks. As soon as we received clearance we will send you a new mirror without any costs.
